Another shot of the same statue again. I still think it’s terribly ugly most of the time – but I will say that when the sunshine hits it, it can be quite pleasing to look at. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite ugly/beautiful items to try to photograph. This is from the other day, a warm sunshine was illuminating the statue. I had to go close and could only shoot half of the statue since there were contruction-fences and machines disturbing the harmony at the base of the statue.
