This is a photo I shot at the Skogskyrkogården (aka the woodland cemetary), a UNESCO world heritage site. It’s a gigantic, beautiful and extremely serene cemetary located (as the name implies) in a woodland setting. If you’re ever in Stockholm and have an afternoon to spare, I highly recommend it. It’s a beautiful place and a great place to ponder the deeper questions in life.
I shot this literally through a tiny looking glass. We passed a small chapel that unfortunately was closed for visitors, however the door had a tiny peep-hole allowing you to look inside the quiet building. I stuck my lens up to the hole and snapped a shot. This is what came out after some editing and the vignetting is from this small peep-hole, not some added effect.
