This is a portrait of my cat. She’s on her twelfth year of life, and nothing can faze her in the slightest. Taking photos of her is akin to taking photos of some jaded, former starlet. She stares at you with a mixture of contempt and boredom. She’s a tricky subject to take photos of as well, since she get easily bored and doesn’t sit still as well as being jet-black. The only way to shoot her is all manual.
